TANKER BODY:

• Elliptical formed water tank is made of ST 37 grade steel with 4 mm Wall thickness. Body is welded using latest MIG/MAG welding technology.
• Front and rear cross members are specially formed to seat over the main chassis beam at least 30cm and welded.
• Baffled Double Bulkheads between compartments.
• 1 monhole over the tanker with 40cm diameter sealed with special rubber. Easy open-close feature on manhole with ventilation vaves.
• To avoid water loss when the tanker is fully loaded, Two pieces 1,5 inch ventilation tubes connected from the bottom of the tanker to the top for better ventilation.
• A water level indicator placed near the pump.
• Overflow water guideway on full length and stairs to access tanker manhole.
• All steel material will be sand-blasted, cleaned against rust and oil before 2 layer of epoxy primer and final acrylic paint. Colour as per client’s choice.
• PTO should be compatible with the water pump and must be available on the truck.
• Tanker chassis mounting brakets will be according to regulations and the tanker will be mounted by its own chassis to the truck chassis.

WATER PUMP & TRANSMISSION:

• Two speed centrifugal Snail type pump.
• Pump body made of cast iron, shaft made od stainless steel and fan made of bronze.
• Capacity: @ 2900 RPM 10BAR & 1500 lt/min, 90 ton/hour.
• Pump is powered by truck engine through a shaft connected to the truck gearbox with PTO..
• CE Certified Celiksan brand water pump.

WATER INSTALLATION
• Water is filled with a hose through the manhole located on top of the tanker.
• Equipped with front sprinklers operated from driver cabin.
• Water hose reel for 21 metre 1 inch hose assembled at side for urban road
Water collector valve for water inside and outside the tank. Can discharge water in firefightingstandarts. (Pressurized discharge).
• A water cannon which is installed on the working platform can rotate by 360 degree and the water flow can be adjusted into various rain shape. There are straight shape,heavy rain, moderate rain and drizzle etc.
• Dirty water suction & transport to other locations during flood.
